Purposes and legal bases for processing

Your personal data will be processed by ZAM-MET for the purpose of:

  • documenting financial transactions - based on tax law provisions;
  • pursuing potential claims - based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR;
  • communicating with the customer for the purposes of product and service delivery - based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR;
  • sending invoices by email - based on consent given;
  • sending commercial offers - based on consent given.

Recipients of personal data

ZAM-MET shares data only with entities authorized to process it under the law, i.e.:

  • tax authorities,
  • judicial authorities,
  • entities processing financial transactions.

Data retention period

Your personal data will be processed:

  • for maintaining commercial transaction and settlement documentation - in accordance with legal provisions;
  • for communication with customers - until consent is withdrawn.

Rights of data subjects

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access your data and obtain a copy thereof;
  • rectify (correct) your data;
  • erase or restrict processing, as well as the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability;
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw);
  • withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal).

Additional information

  • providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the delivery of products and services;
  • providing contact data (phone number, email address) is not mandatory, but can significantly simplify order fulfillment;
  • data will not be processed automatically or used for profiling.
